M.I Abaga Claims J. Cole ‘Stole’ His Style For His New Song ‘Middle Child’

Popular Nigerian rapper, M.I Abaga has claimed that Dreamville rapper, J. Cole made use of his style in his new song, ‘Middle Child’.

The 37-year-old award-winning rapper made this known on Thursday, January 24, while responding to a question from a fan on Twitter.

The North Carolina rapper had released “Middle Child” – his first for the year 2019 – at exactly 9:00pm on Wednesday night (US Time).

While it was gaining the necessary attention on social media, the Twitter user had drawn M.I’s attention to the song; saying that “Middle Child” sounded more like his (M.I Abaga’s) Head of the Family from an earlier project.

M.I replied by saying,

“SMH.. n****s been biting my style for years.”

I trust a lot of J. Cole’s fans will be coming for M.I as soon as they see this.

Meanwhile, after releasing the visuals for his highly anticipated song, “L.A.M.B Martell Cypher”,alongside Loose Kaynon, A-Q, and Blaqbonez, M.I Abaga has indicated his interest to try something else in the entertainment industry aside from music – which is to produce a movie in 2019.
