The Prime Minister, Head of Government Philemon Yang is in Addis Ababa where he is representing the Head of State Paul Biya at the 11 extraordinary summit of the African Union.
The summit which runs from the 17-18 November has as main item on the agenda on the institutional reforms of thee African Union.
If the Prime Minister is going there as an official representative of the Head of State, a notable presence in Addis Ababa will be that of Cameroon opposition figure Maurice Kamto who is equally heading to Addis Ababa.
It is not clear if he will attend the summit but Kamto has since called on the African Union institutions to order a recount of votes at the October 7 Presidential election as he continues to dispute the results published by the Constitutional Council.
Even after Paul Biya was sworn in on November 6, Kamto has vowed to use all legal international means available to order for a recount.
